COFFEE COMPETES AT STATE 4-H CONGRESS
     Each year, 4-H members from across the state compete in a district event called District Project Achievement (DPA). These contests are usually held in the winter anywhere from late January until late March. Senior 4-H members (9th-12th graders) who place first in their project advance to the state competition called State 4-H Congress. 
Additional 4-H members can also advance to state in a sweepstakes position if there are large numbers in their project area.
