Larry and Linda Mobley’s 50th Anniversary: Met in Church, Married in Church, Stayed in Church!

Larry And Linda Mobley Celebrate 50 Years Of Marriage

Larry and Linda Mobley, formally of Portsmouth, Virginia, are celebrating their fiftieth wedding anniversary on July 9, 2016. 
On July 9, 1966, they were married in Biltmore Baptist Church, Portsmouth, Virginia, by the Rev. T.M. Frye. 
They have a family of threes: three sons, Phillip, Patrick, and Neil; three grandchildren, Kristen, Phillip, and Scott and has wife, Taylor; and three great-grandchildren Alyssa, Landon, and Addison. 
Larry is a retired Verizon employee, and Linda is a retired RN. 
They lived and worked in the Portsmouth area for the last fifty years, just recently moving to Douglas to be with Larry’s parents, Alex and Vonice Mobley. 
They are involved with the local AARP, History at High Noon, the Heritage Museum, and are members of GracePointe Church.
They will be celebrating with a trip to New York state along with a cruise.
