Dr. Carson Says Farewell To South Georgia State College

“I first met Dr. Carson while I was working at The Douglas Enterprise many years ago. My first assignment was to attend a chamber lunch and when I walked in I overheard someone say that she was the interim president for South Georgia College. I immediately introduced myself to her because she sounded extremely important. She was so sweet to me and introduced me to so many people. I will never forget that kindness she showed me after just meeting me,” Executive Director of the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Authority Andrea Taylor commented.
